Third Party Monitoring and Evaluation of the Multi-Year Humanitarian Programme (MYHP)
Third Party Monitoring and Evaluation of the Multi-Year Humanitarian Programme (MYHP)
Nov 2021 – Mar 2022
Project Objectives
Integrity was recently selected to provide third-party monitoring and evaluation of the FCDO multi-year humanitarian programme (MYHP) in Pakistan. The MYHP is a 6-year £100 million programme that aims to reach at least two million people with life-saving assistance and early recovery activities following natural disasters and conflict. In 2020, the programme reached over 4 million people with interventions covering WASH, livelihoods support, protection and shelter. The programme also responds to climate related shocks and builds resilience to climate related disasters.
Project Outputs
- Through the MEL offer, Integrity will conduct various types of data collection activities: community level beneficiary feedback surveys, focus group discussions, key informant interviews, and participatory outcome harvesting workshops to gather verify, validate, and evaluate programme outputs and outcomes.
- Integrity is expected to produce four third party monitoring reports which will provide assessment of selected MYHP interventions along six key parameters: verification of programme activities, relevance of programme activities to the MYHP objectives, efficiency of programme implementation, effectiveness of programme interventions, equity and sustainability of programme interventions.
- Integrity will also produce a detailed evaluation report that will provide an assessment of the programme along two key dimensions: accountability and learning.
