Integrity supported on adapting the existing engagement approach, and developing new partner-specific strategies. We conducted interviews with staff and corporate partners, and held a staff-training workshop to develop a strategy targeting new partners, and ensuring a high level of impact across existing partnerships. The strategy was designed to be to adaptive to changing socio-economic and political landscape and the evolving role of the private sector in Sri Lanka.
