Tom is Vice President, Finance, based in Washington, DC. He leads financial planning, accounting, and compliance for Integrity’s US entity.

He has served as chief financial officer of Search for Common Ground and of Pathfinder International. On long-term overseas assignments, he was embedded with the Palestinian National Authority and, later, with parastatals in post-civil-war Liberia, leading anti-corruption efforts. Early in his career, Tom arranged overseas financings and managed currency risks for a multinational computer manufacturer. Along the way, he taught accounting at the University of the West Indies as a Fulbright Scholar.

Tom holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College.
