Learning and Development at Integrity

Your development at Integrity commences from day one of joining with a structured induction. Throughout your career, you will have regular reviews and annual appraisals. These are 2-way meetings designed to optimise your potential.

Comprehensive Inductions

Comprehensive Inductions

Our induction process is designed with your individual needs in mind. You will be introduced to a cross section of team members as part of learning about Integrity and your new role. Ongoing support continues after induction.

Professional Development Plan

Professional Development Plan

Shortly after joining Integrity, you will complete a Professional Development Plan. Once completed, your plan is owned by you. We will support you to achieve your professional objectives by sharing ideas and advocating on your behalf.

Bespoke And On-The-Job Training

Bespoke And On-The-Job Training

A large part of your Learning and Development will be through on the job and bespoke training and learning. Our managers will provide you with opportunities to take ownership and to become autonomous when you are ready.

We invite a variety of guest speakers to give talks to the team. Internal learning sessions are also frequently held to review and discuss learning points. These events foster collaboration and the sharing of knowledge across the team.

Our competency frameworks provide transparency on the behaviours and technical competence required for all roles and levels across the company and consistency on how they are applied. The frameworks are designed to provide clarity and help you succeed and grow with Integrity.

Starting Out At Integrity

“I started working at Integrity as an apprentice before being promoted to a Project Officer and moving to the Operations Team. During my early career I was able to pursue my interest in how organisations learned and was able to work with our teams to make incremental enhancements to Integrity’s knowledge management systems. This specialism led me into a role of Data and Knowledge Manager, and in 2020 I was promoted to the role of Head of Data Analytics. Our team helps Integrity’s clients and global team make decisions based on evidence through a mixture of process, training and appropriate digital technologies. Throughout my time at Integrity, I have developed a broad spectrum of technical and managerial skills.”

“I have worked with Integrity as Finance Manager for the last 4 years and have been consistently impressed with the financial processes, expertise and systems utilised by the team. Apprenticeships at Integrity

Integrity seeks talented your individuals who want to develop their professional skills and expertise in the specific areas of information technology, graphic design, finance and human resources.

As an apprentice at Integrity, you will be treated and recognised as a member of the team. You will also be given the required time and support to complete your apprenticeships studies by your line manager.

Our apprenticeship schemes provide both the individual and the company with great opportunities. We seek to retain our apprentices in full-time roles following the successful completion of their apprenticeship at Integrity.
