Integrity welcomes Head of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning
Integrity is delighted to welcome Niki Wood as Head of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL).
An award-winning mixed-methods expert, Niki joined Integrity in November in a trans-Atlantic role. She will lead MEL technical design and delivery across Integrity’s global portfolio, bringing her blended expertise in systems thinking, theory-based and participatory evaluation approaches, and cross-disciplinary and human-centred approaches to MEL. She has worked across West and East Africa, the Middle East, Central Asia, Eastern Europe, and the Western Balkans.
Niki is interested in MEL innovation and has developed mechanisms and tools to measure the ‘unmeasurable’ that have been showcased on global platforms. She said: “I am thrilled to be working for a specialist evidence provider like Integrity that centres the blend of kindness, innovation, and excellence in their practice. I look forward to leading the team of talented experts here and developing the depth and breadth of Integrity’s MEL technical practice.”
