Project Objectives
To conduct a multi-country evaluation of local governance support to improve standards in service delivery in seven conflict-affected communities.
Project Outputs
Integrity conducted an independent mid-term review on the progress and performance of a pro-poor integrity programme to report on progress and achievements and identify where adjustments to future work should be considered. A mixed-method approach to the evaluation was utilized, incorporating desk reviews, semi-structured interviews with the key stakeholders and focus groups. In-depth analysis and recommendations were provided to refine the strategic focus and implementation of the programme.
