Integrity to deliver Pakistan Evidence for Health contract
Integrity is pleased to announce we have been awarded the Evidence for Health (E4H) Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning (MERL) contract for FCDO Pakistan.
Integrity will deliver MERL services for two complementary programmes. E4H operates in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), Punjab and at the Federal level. Through the same contract Integrity will deliver services for the World Bank-funded National Health Support Programme (NHSP) initially in KP, Punjab and Sindh.
E4H will deliver on three key outputs: Global health security and strengthening systems for pandemic preparedness; strengthening evidence-based decision-making for improved performance and accountability; and supporting implementation of essential package of services with a focus on ending preventable deaths. NHSP is a large-scale roll-out of an essential package of primary healthcare services. NHSP is funded by the World Bank and FCDO will be providing MERL services for their programme.
With more than 20 years of experience in Pakistan, E4H MERL Team Leader, Pamela Sequeira, has been delivering MERL for FCDO programming in Pakistan since 2016, most recently with Integrity and its partners on the £90 million FCDO DAFPAK family planning investment, from 2019-2023.
“We are looking forward to building our already established relationships with FCDO in Pakistan, E4H Ip’s and the federal and provincial governments to deliver a politically aware and technically robust contract. Our approach to MERL balances rigour, pragmatism, and flexibility to support E4H and NSHP in achieving their objectives’
