Integrity awarded USAID’s Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Services IDIQ Contract (EVAL ME II)

Integrity is pleased to announce we have been awarded a prime contract under the USAID’s Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Services Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract (EVAL ME II IDIQ). The EVAL ME II IDIQ is USAID’s primary vehicle to procure monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) services worldwide. The IDIQ is through the Office of Learning, Evaluation, and Research in USAID’s Bureau for Policy, Planning and Learning (PPL/LER) and will run for five years with a contracting period of 2020 – 2027.

Integrity will work with its downstream and resource partners globally to respond to and deliver the MEL technical and advisory services. The expected services include impact and performance evaluations, performance and third party monitoring, capacity building, knowledge management, and collaborating, learning and adapting (CLA) activities. USAID can use the IDIQ to procure MEL services worldwide at the Mission, Bureau, and Agency-wide level.
