Technology in Fragile Environments: Lessons Using ICT for Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning

Integrity was recently featured in the Small Business Association for International Companies (SBAIC) newsletter article “Technology in Fragile Environments: Lessons Using ICT for Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning”, written by Giselle Lopez and Will Lowrie.

The article describes Integrity’s work in the development of Aqoonta, a web-based platform, as part of DFID’s Learning and Monitoring Program – Somalia (LAMPS) to augment processes for DFID and partners to learn from and improve the delivery of programming in Somalia. It highlights Integrity’s work using digital solutions to support evidence-based programming in challenging and complex environments, as well as important considerations for this work.
